One of the many services we offer is model home merchandising. Working closely with builders, we collaborate on the overall aesthetics of the new home to emphasize what the builder is offering. Our role is to fine tune the interior material selections and details to showcase the product relevant to the market, demographics and price point.

The Linburn project is an example of our model home merchandising capabilities. The builder wanted this particular model to reflect the “standard” features to show the buyer what they get with the base model rather than loading the home up with numerous upgrades and custom finishes.

We took advantage of the simple interior details and designed the model’s decor to complement the simplicity while conveying a sense of sophistication. The gray, blue, and white color palette is crisp and clean, and we layered that with tailored modern furnishings to appeal to a range of potential buyers in this market.

The furnished Linburn model has the wow factor the builder was expecting and believes the decor elevated and enhanced the product which generated sales.
