Urbana Apartments
When the Canadian developer came into the Florida market to build luxury apartments, they retained our services at the beginning of the development process. We were tasked with providing input on the architectural theme, size and layouts of the apartment units, types of amenities, designs for the amenities, and much more. Once the project was developed on paper, we began the process of detailing out the exterior and interiors to flesh out how Urbana would be realized and finished as the ultimate luxury apartment complex.
For this 320 residential unit and amenity-rich project we were responsible for:
- Interior design for all of the apartment units including: specifying all of the interior materials, finishes, details, trims, and color palettes.
- Interior design for all of the common areas including: Clubhouse, Club Room, Business Lounge, Coffee Lounge, Fitness Center, Dog Spa and Rooftop Green Space. This included furnishing all of these areas for resident usage.
- Leasing Office design and furnishings.
- Model unit design and furnishings.
- Exterior detailing for the facade of the building including color palette, stone applications, awnings, deck railings, patio pergolas, lighting, etc.
- Collaborate on the exterior and interior property signage to fit within the design theme.
Our goal was to ensure that every inch of this property reflected the luxury aspect of this project the developer had envisioned. From the apartment units to all of the common areas, we took great care in our designs and selections to pull off such an endeavor. And that endeavor paid off as Urbana was awarded “Best Luxury Apartment Complex” and numerous awards for our interior designs.
